Grapes: Merlot, Rebo and Sennen (native varieties from Trentino)
Training system: traditional “pergola trentina”

Vineyard location: hills of Faedo – vineyard “Fràitele”
Altitude: 400 m. above sea level
Vinification: traditional red vinification with 8-9 days maceration
Ageing period: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in bottle

Organoleptic features
Color: intense ruby color
Perfume: bouquet of black currant, ripe cherry, wild berries and plums
Flavor: slightly grassy, fresh and fruity, smooth, of complex structure, with good tannins and good of nice persistence

Serving temperature: 17- 18 °C
Pairings: excellent for white and red meats, both grilled and roasted, for game, poultry and spicy cheeses
